Moustafa Fahour OAM is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Arada Capital, an alternative investment and funds management platform focused on developing and managing institutional-grade real estate investment opportunities across the Middle East.

With more than 25 years of international leadership experience, Moustafa has led the development and delivery of major infrastructure, real estate and investment initiatives across Australia and the Middle East. His career spans executive leadership, board governance and institutional investment across infrastructure, real estate and alternative assets.

Prior to joining Arada Capital, Moustafa was Chief Operating Officer of Plenary Middle East, where he established and led the company's regional operations, successfully delivering landmark public-private partnership (PPP) projects across the GCC. He continues to serve as Strategic Advisor to Plenary Middle East.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Moustafa serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of ALEC Holdings, a Board Director of the Islamic Museum of Australia, and an Advisory Board Member of the Australia UAE Business Council and the PPP MENA Forum.

Moustafa was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in recognition of his service to business and the community. Throughout his career, he has built trusted partnerships between governments, institutional investors and the private sector, creating platforms and delivering projects that generate long-term economic and social value.
